Once a preliminary Design and Estimate has been reviewed, the next phase of the project is “Planning & Development”. Planning & Development requires payment of 5% of the total project. During the Planning & Development of the project we finalize drawings, choose materials and provide a detailed quote. The payment of 5% is applied to the project cost including labor and materials.
